Arrival and departure
Your room will be available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Arrival on Sunday and Monday:
We would like to remind you that our check-in times are from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. We kindly ask you to arrive during this time.

If this is not possible, please let us know. In this case, we will be happy to arrange a late arrival for you and you can check in yourself.

Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Cancellation policy:
Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
13–7 days before arrival: 50%*
6–3 days before arrival: 80%*
2–0 days before arrival: 100%*
*Based on the total amount reserved

Special booking and cancellation conditions apply to group bookings.
